Terms and Conditions - MHPFF Mr and Ms India

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for MHPFF Mr and Ms India competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Important: If you do not agree to these terms, you must not complete the registration process or participate in the competition. Completion of registration and payment constitutes full acceptance of all terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

General Requirements:

• Participants must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration
• Valid government-issued identification (Aadhar card) must be uploaded for age and identity verification
• Profile photo must be clear, recent, and show the participant's face clearly
• Participants must be residents of India with valid state and district information

Age Categories:

• Kids Category (≤12 years): Participants aged 12 years or below - FREE registration
• Junior Category (13-23 years): Participants aged between 13 and 23 years
• Senior Category (>12 years): Participants above 12 years of age

Gender Restrictions:

• Men Only Categories: Senior Men, Junior Men, Master Men, Classic Physique, Denim Jean Model
• Women Only Categories: Women Fitness Model
• Open Categories: Press & Media (no gender restrictions)

Verification: The organizers reserve the right to verify all information provided. False information may result in disqualification without refund.

3. Registration and Payment Process

Payment Method:

• All payments must be made via UPI transfer to the provided UPI ID: janeeshpofficial-1@okaxis
• Scan the QR code displayed on the payment screen or manually enter the UPI ID in your payment app
• After successful payment, enter the 12-digit UPI transaction number in the registration form
• Kids Category (≤12 years): FREE registration - no payment required

Registration Confirmation:

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification (except free category)
• Each confirmed registration generates a unique candidate number
• You will receive a printable registration card with your photo, details, and candidate number
• Save and print your registration card - it is required for event entry

Important Notes:

• Registration fees are non-transferable between participants
• Ensure you enter the correct UPI transaction number - incorrect numbers may delay registration
• Keep your UPI payment receipt as proof of payment
• Payment verification may take up to 24 hours during peak registration periods

4. Category Selection

• Single Category (₹2,500): Participate in 1 competition category
• Double Category (₹4,000): Participate in 2 competition categories
• Triple Category (₹6,000): Participate in 3 competition categories
• Multi Category (₹7,000): Participate in 4 competition categories
• Free Category (₹0): For eligible participants (≤12 years old)
• Categories must be age and gender-appropriate

• Non-refundable situations

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Upload clear, valid identification documents
• Arrive on time for scheduled competitions
• Follow all event rules and regulations
• Maintain sportsmanship and respectful behavior
• Bring printed registration card on event day

7. Event Organizer Rights

The event organizers reserve the right to:

• Verify participant information and documents
• Disqualify participants for false information or rule violations
• Modify event schedules or categories if necessary
• Cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances
• Use photographs/videos taken during the event for promotional purposes

8. Liability Waiver

By registering, participants acknowledge that they participate at their own risk. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event, except where caused by gross negligence.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our privacy practices before completing registration.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from registration or participation will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. The event organizer's decision on competition matters is final.
