• Payment Information: UPI transaction numbers for secure payment tracking
• Generated Data: Unique candidate number and registration card

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your MHPFF Mr and Ms India registration and generate unique candidate numbers
• To verify your identity, age, and eligibility for selected gender-specific categories
• To process and verify UPI payment transactions
• To generate and provide printable registration cards with your photo and details
• To communicate important competition updates, schedules, and results

• Database: All registration data is stored in MongoDB with encryption at rest and in transit
• Images: Profile photos and Aadhar cards are securely hosted on Cloudinary with access controls and automatic optimization
• Payment: We only store UPI transaction numbers for verification. We do not store any bank account details or sensitive financial information
• Access Control: Administrative access is restricted and logged. Only authorized personnel can access participant data
• Data Retention: Your information is retained for the duration of the competition and for record-keeping purposes thereafter

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Limited sharing occurs only in these situations:

• Service Providers: Cloudinary (for image hosting) and MongoDB (for database services) under strict data processing agreements
• Competition Results: Your name, team/gym, and category may be published in competition results and announcements

• Safety and Security: To protect the rights, property, or safety of MHPFF, participants, or others
